Privacy Policy
Who we are
Qualiform is a website enquiry tool operated by Coleman Milligan, trading as Qualiform, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. You can reach us at coleman@getqualiform.com.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do. Two groups of people are covered: businesses who sign up and use Qualiform on their site, and visitors who have a conversation with a form a business has published.
What we collect from businesses
- Your account email address and the name of your business.
- What you configure: your questions, your scoring, your bookable hours, your meeting settings, and the addresses you want leads emailed to.
- Ordinary technical records: sign-in times, and error and usage logs.
What we collect from visitors
- What they type in the conversation, and whatever they choose to share in it, such as a name, an email address or a phone number.
- A score and a summary, worked out from their answers.
- If they book a meeting: the time, the format, and the contact details they gave.
- Limited technical data needed to stop abuse, such as a rate-limiting record. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Visitors’ conversations belong to the business whose form they used. We store and process them on that business’s behalf.
Google calendar data
If you connect a Google account, Qualiform asks Google one question: when are you busy? We request only the calendar.freebusy permission, which returns blocks of busy time and nothing else. We never see the title of a meeting, who is in it, where it is, or any other content of your calendar.
We do not store your calendar data. We ask Google at the moment a visitor is choosing a time, use the answer to hide times you are not free, and discard it. It is never written to our database, never used to train anything, never sold, and never shared with anyone other than the Google service the request goes to.
You can disconnect at any time, in Qualiform or from your Google account’s security settings, and we stop asking immediately.
Qualiform’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use what we collect
- To run the conversation, score the lead and show it to the business.
- To email the business about a lead, and to email a visitor a booking confirmation or cancellation.
- To keep the service working and secure: preventing abuse, fixing faults, measuring usage.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use a visitor’s conversation to advertise to them.

Data is stored in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Leads and conversations: until the business deletes them, or closes its account. After an account closes we delete them within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.
- Meetings: the times and the contact details used to arrange them, for 12 months, so both sides have a record.
- Calendar availability: not stored at all.
- Technical logs: about 30 days.
Your choices
A business can read, export or delete any lead at any time, and can delete its whole account. A visitor who wants their conversation corrected or deleted should contact the business they wrote to; if you cannot reach them, write to us at coleman@getqualiform.com and we will help.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to some processing. We honour these requests wherever we can, whatever your address.
Security
Connections are encrypted in transit. Credentials for connected services are encrypted before they are stored. Access to production data is limited to the operator of the service. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected people promptly if something goes wrong.
Children
Qualiform is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for a material change, email account holders.
