The difference
Not a form. Not a chatbot.
Unlike a contact form
Nobody fills in boxes. The AI asks a few questions in plain words and saves each answer on the lead.
- Their words, sorted. Each answer is saved as a clean value, like $40,000, beside what the visitor actually wrote.
- Questions that fit each answer. Someone with a product to build is asked about budget. Someone offering a collaboration is asked something else.
- You decide what must be asked. Each question is set to Always ask, Ask if you can, or Infer only.
Unlike an AI chatbot
The AI never decides who is a good lead. Your rules score every lead the same way every time, and choose how each conversation ends.
- Points you set. You decide what each question is worth, out of 100.
- Endings you choose. Each score range gets its own ending, like booking the soonest time or saying you’ll be in touch.
- A reason on every lead. The lead page shows the points for each answer and the rule that set the ending.
Install and connect
Two lines to install. Leads to email, Slack, Teams, Notion, HubSpot, or a webhook.
Webhook
When a conversation finishes, Qualiform posts the lead to your URL as JSON: the score, the contact, every answer, and the transcript. Use your own server, or any tool that accepts webhooks.
