Terms of Service
1. Who these are between
These terms are between you and Coleman Milligan, trading as Qualiform, of Salt Lake City, Utah (“Qualiform”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them.
2. What the service is
Qualiform lets you publish a conversational enquiry form, score the enquiries it receives, and let visitors book meetings from your own availability. Features change as the product develops.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
4. Your data is yours
You own the forms you write and the leads you receive. We store and process them to run the service for you, as set out in the privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.
You are responsible for telling your own visitors how you use what they tell you, and for having the right to collect it.
5. Fair use
Do not use Qualiform to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to collect sensitive information you do not need (such as health or payment details), to impersonate someone, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Availability
We work to keep Qualiform running, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and features may change or be withdrawn.
7. Meetings and calendars
Qualiform offers times based on the hours you set and, if you connect a calendar, on the availability it reports. It is a scheduling aid, not a guarantee: you are responsible for your own commitments and for attending what you accept.
8. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Qualiform is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost business or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.
9. Ending it
You can stop using Qualiform and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when. If a change matters, we will email account holders. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah have exclusive jurisdiction.
