Booked and paid, in one conversation.

Connect your own Stripe account and choose the answer that leads to a paid booking. A visitor who gives it picks a time, pays on Stripe’s own page, and is booked only when Stripe says it is paid. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, and Qualiform charges no fee.

What lands in Stripe

One payment per booking, in your own account.

  • A payment in your own account

Made on your Stripe account at the price you set for what was booked. Nothing the visitor’s browser sends can change the price.

  • Paid on Stripe’s own page

By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, or Affirm, whichever of these you have turned on in Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, never to Qualiform.

  • Your terms, agreed to

Stripe’s page has a required box that links your terms. The lead shows the time the visitor agreed to them.

  • What and when, on the payment

The payment’s description names what was booked and its time, and the lead in Qualiform links to the payment in your Stripe.

  • No Qualiform fee

The money goes straight to your Stripe account. Stripe’s own fees apply, as on any Stripe payment.

Connect Stripe

In Settings > Payments, an Admin presses Connect with Stripe and signs in to Stripe, or makes an account there.

Say what can be booked

On the form’s Booking tab, add each kind under Paid bookings with its length, price, and place, then your terms and your refund policy.

How do I take payment when someone books from my website form?

Connect Stripe in Qualiform’s Settings > Payments, add what can be booked and its price on the form’s Booking tab, and press Paid booking beside an answer on the Questions tab. A visitor who gives that answer picks a time and pays on Stripe’s page, and is booked when Stripe says it is paid.

Does Qualiform take a cut of the payment?

No. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, and Qualiform charges no fee. Stripe’s own processing fees apply, as they do to any Stripe payment.

Which payment methods can visitors use?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, and Affirm, whichever of these you have turned on in your Stripe settings. Slow bank debits are not offered, because a booking is confirmed only once the payment is in.

What happens if a visitor cancels a paid booking?

If they cancel inside your refund policy, they are refunded in full automatically. If they cancel outside it, they are not, and they see which before they confirm. When you cancel, the payment is always refunded in full. A move keeps the payment, with no new charge.

Can I test it before taking real payments?

Yes. Preview runs a paid booking on Stripe’s test mode: your real prices on Stripe’s real page, marked Test mode, with no money moving. Pay with the card 4242 4242 4242 4242, any future date, and any code.

Which plans and currencies does it work with?

Payments are on the Starter, Growth, and Scale plans. A price can be in US dollars, euros, British pounds, Canadian dollars, or Australian dollars.
