How do I send website leads to Zapier?

In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier and Catch Hook (a paid Zapier plan), copy the URL it shows, and paste it into the Webhook card on Qualiform’s Integrations page. Each finished lead then reaches whatever the Zap sends it to.

Does it work with Make?

Yes. Make’s Custom webhook works the same way: paste its URL into the Webhook card.

What is in the request?

The event, the form, and the whole lead: the headline, the outcome, the score and band, the contact, every answer with its status, the routing, the transcript, a link to the lead, and the full lead record.

How do I know a request came from Qualiform?

Each request has an X-Intake-Signature header, an HMAC SHA-256 of the timestamp and the body made with a signing secret shown to you once when you connect. Check it the way you would check a Stripe or GitHub webhook.

Is the webhook integration free?
