What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is counted once a visitor’s first message to one of your forms is answered, whether or not they finish. Your previews are not counted, and deleting or archiving a lead does not lower the count. The count covers every form in your organization and starts again on the first of each month, in UTC.
What happens at my plan’s limit?
On Free, once the month’s 25 conversations are used, your form stops taking new conversations until the next month begins. On a paid plan with a card on file, your forms keep taking conversations past the included number, at $0.30 each, until the month reaches twice that number or a lower limit you set. Without a card on file, a paid plan’s forms stop taking new conversations once the month reaches the included number. The spend cap, a monthly limit on the estimated AI cost, stops new conversations the same way. At a limit, visitors are told the form is not taking new conversations right now, and a conversation already under way can still finish. Admins get an email when the organization reaches 80 percent of a limit.
How are calendars charged?
Google Calendar is the only calendar Qualiform connects. Every plan includes one person’s calendar. On a paid plan, each person after that who connects a calendar is $10 a month, and one person’s work and personal calendars count once. Team members without a calendar cost nothing. On Free, a second person’s calendar needs a paid plan.
When am I billed?
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew each month until canceled. A billing month is a calendar month in UTC. Your first month runs from the day you subscribe to the end of that month: you pay only for its days, and you still get the plan’s full included conversations. Conversations past the included number are billed on your next invoice, and prices do not include taxes.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. An Admin can switch between Starter, Growth, and Scale in Settings. An upgrade starts at once, and the difference for the rest of the month is added to your next invoice. A downgrade starts when the month you have paid for ends. Canceling ends your plan at the end of the month you have paid for, and your organization then moves to Free, with its forms and leads kept.
Do you give refunds?
Fees are not refundable, and there are no credits for partial months or unused conversations, except where our Terms of Service say otherwise or the law requires. Email us within 60 days of a charge you think is wrong.
