For event and wedding venues
Know which events fit before you reply.
Qualiform asks every inquiry for the date, the guest count, and the kind of event. Your rules score it out of 100, and the events that fit can book a call with you.
Why it fits
The days you host best, first.
Guest count, asked early
Set the most and the fewest guests you host when you start. An event your room can’t hold scores 0 and is never offered a time.
A month and a year is enough
The AI takes “June 2028” or “next summer” as a full answer and never asks a couple to narrow it down. A date nine months out or more scores highest.
Answers from your own words
Write a few lines about the space. The AI answers questions from them, and closes supplier pitches and directory sales politely, with nothing emailed to you.
How it works
You set the questions and the rules. Qualiform asks, scores, and books.
Start from the venue template
The date, the guest count, the kind of event, and a few words about the day, with the scoring and the rules already set. Change any of them.
Swap out your contact form
Paste two lines of code where your form is now, or share the form’s own link. Nothing else on your site changes.
Get scored leads and booked calls
Every inquiry gets a score out of 100 from your rules, with the reason written out. Your best leads can book one of your soonest open times before they leave your site.
The Event or wedding venue template
Your points. Your endings.
Points for what matters to you
Room fit counts most, then how far out the date is. Your answers to three questions when you start set the most and the fewest guests you host, and the events you want more of.
The questions when you start
- How many guests can your space hold, at the most?
- What is the smallest number of guests you would host an event for?
- What kind of events do you most want more of?

Endings you choose
Each score range gets its own ending. The venue template offers its best events the soonest times, lets the next two ranges book any open time, and tells the rest you’ll come back with dates and pricing.
- 80 and up books the soonest time. Your best leads pick one of your next open times before they leave your site.
- A reason on every lead. The lead page shows the points for each answer and the rule that set the ending.

Google AnalyticsCounts each finished conversation in Google Analytics as a lead, from our server, your website, or both.
What happens to an event my room can’t hold?
When you start, you enter the most and the fewest guests you host. A party over the most, or under 60 percent of the fewest, scores 0 and is never offered a time. The lead still reaches you, marked Not a fit.
Does a couple need an exact date?
No. A month and a year is a full answer, and the AI never asks them to narrow it down. A date nine months out or more scores highest, and one from four months out scores half.
What if they skip the guest count?
An unanswered question never lowers the score, and a missing guest count never turns anyone away. A time is offered only when questions worth at least 40 of the 100 points are answered.
Does the AI decide who is a good lead?
No. The AI asks the questions and saves the answers. Your rules score every lead the same way every time, and the lead page shows the points for each answer and the rule that set the ending.
