Every finished conversation, counted in Google Analytics.
Qualiform counts each finished conversation on your website in Google Analytics as generate_lead. With both connections on, each lead is counted once, credited to the ad or page that brought the visitor, and still counted when they block ads.
What lands in Google Analytics
One event per lead, with its score.
One generate_lead per conversation
Google’s own recommended lead event, sent once when a conversation finishes, however it ends. A visitor who leaves halfway sends nothing, though their lead is still in Qualiform.
The score, from our server
lead_score (0 to 100), lead_band (such as hot), lead_tier (the routing rule it landed on), form_name, and form_id.
No score in the browser
The browser tag sends form_id, but never the score: the browser is the visitor’s own, and Qualiform never shows a visitor their score.
Nothing they typed
Never their answers, name, email, phone number, or anything else they typed.
Ready to be a key event
Mark generate_lead as a key event in Google Analytics to count leads as conversions in your reports and in Google Ads.

Set up
Both connections, in three steps.
Connect the server side
On Qualiform’s Integrations page, press Google Analytics (server side) and paste your Measurement ID and an API secret from your website’s data stream.
Add the browser tag
Press Google Analytics (browser tag) and paste the same Measurement ID. Your form’s code on its Embed tab now has one more line: copy it again and replace it on your site.
Mark it as a key event
In Google Analytics, mark generate_lead as a key event, so each lead counts as a conversion in your reports and in Google Ads.
The details
Built to be trusted with your leads.
Counted once
With both on one property, the browser tag hands the visitor’s Google Analytics IDs to the form, our server sends the one event with them, and the tag sends nothing of its own.
Counted when blocked
A visitor whose browser blocks Google Analytics, or who used your form’s direct link, is still counted from our server, as a user of their own.
A real test
Send a test has Google check the event, then sends a real qualiform_test. If it is not in Realtime within a minute, the Measurement ID or API secret is wrong.
On every plan
Both connections are included on Free and on every paid plan, with no credit card needed to start.
How do I track form leads in Google Analytics?
On Qualiform’s Integrations page, press Google Analytics (server side) and paste your Measurement ID and an API secret. Each finished conversation is then counted as generate_lead. Add Google Analytics (browser tag) with the same Measurement ID, and copy your form’s code again from its Embed tab, to credit each lead to the visit that brought it.
Will a lead be counted twice with both connections on?
No. On the same property, the browser tag hands the visitor’s Google Analytics IDs to the form, our server sends the one generate_lead with them, and the tag sends nothing of its own.
Why not put a Google Analytics tag inside the form?
The form sits in a frame from Qualiform’s address, without your site’s Google Analytics cookie, so a tag inside it would count each visitor as a second person on a page you do not recognize. Qualiform’s tag runs on your own page instead.
How do I see the score in my reports?
Register lead_score, lead_band, and lead_tier as custom dimensions: in Google Analytics, Admin, then Custom definitions, then Create custom dimension, with the scope Event and the parameter name exactly. Data appears from the day you create one, not before.
How do I test it?
Press Send a test on the server side connection. Google checks the event, then a real event named qualiform_test is sent: open Reports, then Realtime, and look for it under Event count by Event name within a minute. Preview sends nothing to Google Analytics, so testing a lead takes a real conversation on your live form.
Does it count leads from my form’s direct link?
Yes, from our server. The browser tag runs only where the form is embedded on your own site, so the direct link and QR codes are counted through the server side alone.
Is the Google Analytics integration free?
Yes. Both Google Analytics connections are included on every Qualiform plan, Free included.
