For any small business
Turn a vague message into a clear lead.
Qualiform asks every inquiry what they need, when, and how to reach them. Your rules score it out of 100, and the ones worth a call can book a time with you.
Why it fits
Every message, turned into a lead you can act on.
The follow-up question, asked for you
When a message says little, the AI asks what they need, when, and how to reach them, one thing at a time, and answers their questions from what you write about your business.
Clear inquiries book a call
An inquiry that says what it needs and when scores high and is offered your soonest times before the visitor leaves your site.
Pitches close themselves
Recruiters, vendor pitches, and cold sales outreach are closed politely by the AI, and nothing is emailed to you.
How it works
You set the questions and the rules. Qualiform asks, scores, and books.
Start from the general template
What they need, when, and how to reach them, with the scoring and the rules already set. Add your own questions any time.
Swap out your contact form
Paste two lines of code where your form is now, or share the form’s own link. Nothing else on your site changes.
Get scored leads and booked calls
Every inquiry gets a score out of 100 from your rules, with the reason written out. Your best leads can book one of your soonest open times before they leave your site.
The General inquiry template
Your points. Your endings.
Points for what matters to you
What they need counts most, then when and how to reach them. Name the words a serious customer uses when you start, and an inquiry that uses them scores higher.
The question when you start
- Which words would a serious customer use to describe what they need?
General inquiry100 points, split 3 ways
- What they need40
- When30
- Reachable30
Endings you choose
Each score range gets its own ending. The general template offers its clearest inquiries the soonest times, lets the next two ranges book any open time, and tells the rest you’ll get back to them.
- 85 and up books the soonest time. Your best leads pick one of your next open times before they leave your site.
- A reason on every lead. The lead page shows the points for each answer and the rule that set the ending.
Where leads go
Every lead, wherever your team works.
SlackPosts each new lead to a Slack channel you pick.
MailchimpAdds leads who said yes to emails to a Mailchimp audience, tagged by priority. Your Mailchimp automation sends the email.
NotionAdds each lead as a row in a Notion database you pick.
KitAdds leads who said yes to emails to Kit, tagged by priority. Your Kit automation sends the email.
Google CalendarChecks when you are busy while a visitor is choosing a time, and adds booked meetings to your calendar.
KlaviyoAdds leads who said yes to emails to a Klaviyo list for their priority. Your Klaviyo flow sends the email.
WebhookPosts the whole lead to an address you choose. Also how Zapier and Make connect.
Google AnalyticsCounts each finished conversation in Google Analytics as a lead, from our server, your website, or both.
Is this for my kind of business?
If no other template fits, this one does: small teams, mixed trades, nonprofits, and anything else. The AI knows only what you write about your business, so a few extra sentences there pay for themselves.
Can I add my own questions?
Yes. Add a question, choose what it’s worth out of 100, and set it to Always ask, Ask if you can, or Infer only.
What happens to a message with nothing to go on?
It scores low and lands on your lowest rule, which says you’ll be in touch. A time is offered only when questions worth at least half of the 100 points are answered.
Does the AI decide who is a good lead?
No. The AI asks the questions and saves the answers. Your rules score every lead the same way every time, and the lead page shows the points for each answer and the rule that set the ending.
