How do I send website leads to ActiveCampaign?
Add OK to email them to your form, press ActiveCampaign on Qualiform’s Integrations page, and paste the API URL and key. Each lead who says yes is then added to your list, tagged by priority.
Who is added?
Only leads who say yes to OK to email them and gave an email address, in a priority that is switched on. Someone who unsubscribed in ActiveCampaign before is never added back.
Whose API key should I use?
ActiveCampaign gives each user their own API URL and key, under Settings, then Developer. Use a user who will stay: deleting that user stops the connection.
Is there a free ActiveCampaign plan?
No. ActiveCampaign has a 14-day free trial, and Tag is added starts automations on Starter and every plan above it.
Does Check connection add a test contact?
No. It proves the key and adds nobody, because a test contact could set off a real automation. To test, send one real lead through your own form.
