Every scored lead, a row in Notion.
When a visitor finishes the conversation on your website, Qualiform adds them to the Notion database you pick, with their score, their priority, and every answer.
What lands in the database
A row to sort, and a page to read.
A row per lead
The lead’s name is the row’s title, with their email and phone number beside it.
Columns that sort
Score is a number, Priority and Form are selects, and Received is a date, so the database sorts, filters, and groups like any other.
A status for your pipeline
Status starts at New and is yours to move. Qualiform never writes it again, so a board view works as your pipeline.
Every answer on the page
The row’s page has the score, the outcome, and every answer.
A link back
The Lead column opens the lead in Qualiform, with the whole conversation.

On Notion’s screen, share the database to file leads in, or a page for Qualiform to make one in.
Leads arrive
Each finished conversation becomes a row, from every form, until a form switches it off.
The details
Built to be trusted with your leads.
Your columns stay yours
Qualiform adds any of its columns your database lacks, and never renames, retypes, or removes one of yours.
Filed once
If Notion is down, the row is tried again, up to five tries in all, and each try looks for it first, so a lead is never filed twice.
Status is yours
New rows start at New. Move them along however your team works, and Qualiform leaves them where you put them.
On every plan
Notion is included on Free and on every paid plan, with no credit card needed to start.
How do I send website leads to Notion?
Press Notion on Qualiform’s Integrations page. On Notion’s screen, share a database you already have, or a page for Qualiform to make one in. Each finished conversation then becomes a row.
What goes in each row?
Name, Email, Phone, Score, Priority, Status, Form, Received, and Lead, a link back to the lead in Qualiform. The row’s page has the score, the outcome, and every answer.
Will Qualiform change my database?
It adds any of those columns your database is missing. It never renames, retypes, or removes a column of yours, and it never moves a row’s Status after starting it at New.
What if I share a page instead of a database?
Qualiform makes a database called Qualiform leads inside it, with every column already there.
Is the Notion integration free?
Yes. Notion is included on every Qualiform plan, Free included.
