When a conversation on your website ends with a meeting, Qualiform offers only the times you are free on Google Calendar, then adds the meeting to a calendar named Qualiform, with a Google Meet link for a video call.

Each booked meeting goes on a calendar named Qualiform in your Google account, beside your others, made when you connect.
Who, and how to reach them
The event is named for the meeting and the visitor, such as 30-minute video call with Dana Reyes. Its notes have their email and phone number, when they gave them, and a link to the lead in Qualiform.
A Google Meet link
A video call gets its own Meet link on the event. With more than one host, they all share the one call.
The visitor’s own invite
The visitor is not added as a guest. Qualiform emails them the meeting with a calendar file that works in any calendar, and links to move or cancel it.
Kept up to date
If the meeting is canceled, its event comes off your calendar. If it is moved, the event is added again at the new time.

On a form’s People tab, press Connect Google Calendar on your own row, then choose your Google account.
Choose what counts
Open Calendars in your row’s menu and tick the calendars to check for busy times. A time is offered only when you are free on all of them.

How do I let website visitors book time on my Google Calendar?
Connect your calendar on a form’s People tab, then choose Book any time or Book the soonest time for a rule on its Routing tab. Visitors whose conversation lands on that rule are offered only the times you are free, and each booked meeting is added to your calendar.
Does Qualiform store my calendar?
No. Qualiform asks Google when you are busy at the moment a visitor is choosing a time, uses the answer to hide the times you are not free, and discards it. It reads start and end times only, never a subject, a guest, or a location.
Where do booked meetings go?
On a calendar named Qualiform in your Google account, made when you connect, with the visitor’s email and a link to the lead in its notes. A video call gets its own Google Meet link. Choose Nowhere under Add booked meetings to, and bookings come by email with a calendar invite instead.
Is the visitor invited to the Google Calendar event?
No. The visitor gets Qualiform’s own email with a calendar file that works in any calendar, and links to move or cancel. Google sends nobody anything.
What if my calendar cannot be read?
No times are offered, rather than a time you might not be free for, and the People tab says why. Connect it again, or disconnect it to book from your hours alone.
Can several people take meetings?
Yes. Each person connects their own calendar. Under Taking turns, each meeting goes to whoever is free, in turn. Under Everyone, a time is offered only when everyone is free, and the meeting goes on each of their calendars. A video call is one call they all share.
Is the Google Calendar integration free?
Yes, for one person. Every Qualiform plan includes one person’s calendar, Free included. On a paid plan, each person after that who connects a calendar is $10 a month, and on Free a second person’s calendar needs a paid plan.
