How are Qualiform and Fillout different?
Fillout is a form builder. You build pages of fields, add logic, and send the answers to other tools. Qualiform is a conversational form for inquiries. A visitor types a conversation, the AI asks for one thing at a time, and your own rules score the lead out of 100.
Pick Fillout if you need many kinds of forms, a large free plan, or leads sent straight to HubSpot, Airtable, or Zapier. Pick Qualiform if your inquiries come in as messages you have to read, and you want each one scored the same way every time.

Where does Fillout win?
Fillout wins in several places that matter to a small business.
- A bigger free plan. Fillout's Free plan takes up to 1,000 responses a month across unlimited forms. Qualiform's Free plan includes 25 conversations a month and one live form.
- Free seats. Inviting team members to Fillout is free on all plans, including Free. Granular permissions need the Team or Enterprise plan.
- Many kinds of forms. Fillout offers more than 50 field types, conditional logic, multi-page forms, calculations, and quizzes. That suits quotes, applications, and order forms as well as inquiries.
- Sending leads to other tools. Fillout connects to HubSpot, where it creates or updates contacts matched by email. It also sends to Slack, Airtable, Zapier, Make, and any webhook. An integration can run only when a condition is met.
- More calendars. Fillout's own scheduler works with Google and Outlook Calendars. Qualiform connects Google Calendar. Outlook is not supported today.
- Compliance paperwork. Fillout publishes a subprocessor list, and offers EU hosting for submissions on the Team plan and above.
Where does Qualiform win?
Qualiform is built for one job: an inquiry that needs a conversation before you know if it fits.
- Visitors type instead of filling in boxes. The AI answers their questions in plain words and asks for one missing thing at a time. It works answers out of what the visitor already said instead of asking again.
- Each answer shows where it came from. Qualiform saves whether the visitor said it or the AI worked it out, how certain the AI is, and the visitor's exact words.
- Partial inquiries still count. The lead is saved on every turn. A visitor who leaves halfway still leaves a lead in your list.
- The score never comes from the AI. Your criteria are run in code, so an identical lead always gets an identical score. Fillout's Workflows can tag and score submissions with AI.
- Off-topic messages are handled.

Yes. Fillout's Free plan takes up to 1,000 responses a month across your forms, with unlimited forms and unlimited seats. Forms on Free carry a "Made with Fillout" button.
Does Qualiform have a free plan?
Yes. Free costs $0 and includes 25 conversations a month and one live form. It has no overage, so the form stops taking conversations at 25. Free includes every scoring and booking feature.
Is a Fillout response the same as a Qualiform conversation?
No. Fillout counts responses to a form. Qualiform counts conversations, and it saves the lead on every turn, so a visitor who leaves partway still leaves a lead. Compare the two numbers with care.
Can I move my forms from Fillout to Qualiform?
You build your questions in Qualiform, either from a template or from scratch.
Will a visitor ever see their score in Qualiform?
No. The AI never tells a visitor a score, a priority, or a reason, even when they ask. They only hear the closing line for the rule their score landed on.
What happens in Qualiform if a visitor skips a question?
A question nobody answered is left out of the score, not counted as zero. It never turns anyone away. If a visitor says they would rather not say, that is saved as their answer and the AI does not ask again.
Can I try a Qualiform form before it goes live?
Yes. Preview opens your form the way a visitor sees it, with the AI answering for real. It is free, it does not count toward your month, it sends no lead email, and nobody can book from it.
Does either one keep data in the EU?
Fillout stores submissions in the United States by default and offers EU hosting on its Team plan and above. Qualiform says conversations may be processed in other countries.
Which AI company handles the answers?
Fillout lists OpenAI as a subprocessor for AI and transcription. Qualiform's subprocessors include Anthropic.
