In short

Should you use Qualiform or Tally for website inquiries?

Tally is the better fit for a free form with fixed questions, payments, or file uploads. Qualiform is the better fit when you want visitors to type a conversation, and you want each inquiry scored out of 100 by your own rules, with times to book offered by score.

Which should you pick, Qualiform or Tally?

Pick Tally if you want a free form with a fixed set of questions, and especially if it needs to take payments, signatures, or file uploads. Pick Qualiform if you want visitors to type a conversation, and you want every inquiry scored out of 100 by your own rules before you reply.

Qualiform makes this page, so read it with that in mind. Every claim about Tally was checked on Tally's own website on 2026-10-17. Where Tally's pages did not settle a point, the page says so. Every claim about Qualiform comes from its product notes.

The two tools take different approaches. Tally is a form builder: you write the questions, and people answer them in fields and pages. Qualiform is a form where the visitor types and the AI asks for one thing at a time, answers their questions, and writes down what it learns. Neither approach is right for every business.

Where does Tally win?

Tally wins on price, on plain forms, and on extras inside the form.

  1. The free plan. Tally's help center says the free plan has unlimited forms and submissions and 99% of its features, under a fair use policy. Qualiform's Free plan has 25 conversations a month and one live form.
  2. Payments, signatures, and file uploads. All three are on Tally's free plan. Payments run through Stripe. Free uploads are capped at 10 MB per file. Check Tally's payment page for any fee on free-plan payments.
  3. Branching forms. Conditional logic can show or hide questions, skip pages, or calculate values. Multi-step forms get a progress bar.
  4. Embeds. Standard, popup, and full-page embeds are free. A popup can open on page load, on scroll, on exit intent, or on a button click.
  5. EU data. Tally is based in Belgium, stores data in the EU, and offers a DPA. Opt-in email notifications go through SendGrid in the US.
  6. Connections. Tally lists native Slack messages, free Zapier, and webhooks set per form. HubSpot works through Zapier or Make.

Where does Qualiform win?

Qualiform wins when you want to know which inquiry to answer first, and what each visitor should be offered.

  1. A conversation instead of boxes. The visitor types. The AI answers their questions and asks for one thing at a time. It works answers out of what they already said instead of asking again.
  2. A score from your rules. Each lead gets a score out of 100 from your own criteria, run in code, with no AI opinion in it. The same answers always get the same score.
  3. A clear picture of each answer. Each answer is saved with whether the visitor said it or the AI worked it out, how certain the AI is, and their exact words. A question nobody answered is left out of the score, not counted as zero. An Answered percent shows how much of your criteria the score rests on.
  4. An offer that matches the score. Each lead lands on one of five rules, such as Book the soonest time or Say you'll be in touch. Times are offered only after you save the Booking tab with your hours or a scheduling link.
  5. Leads that leave partway. The lead is saved on every turn, so you still see someone who stopped halfway.

On Tally, a score is something you build with calculated fields, and its main use found on Tally's site is choosing a Thank You page.
