A lead who says no, or a form without the question, sends nobody. A no never lowers their score.

Each priority has its own tag, filled in for you, and a switch. Not a fit starts switched off. One connection serves every form.
Nobody brought back
Someone who unsubscribed in Mailchimp before is never added back, and Recent sends says so.
Mailchimp’s plans
Automation flows start on Mailchimp’s Essentials plan. Its Free plan has none, though leads are still added.
How do I send website leads to Mailchimp?
Add OK to email them to your form, press Mailchimp on Qualiform’s Integrations page, and paste an API key. Each lead who says yes is then added to your audience, tagged by priority.
Who is added?
Only leads who say yes to OK to email them and gave an email address, in a priority that is switched on. Someone who unsubscribed in Mailchimp before is never added back.
Can each form start its own automation?
Yes. Each lead also gets the tag Qualiform form: and the form’s name, so an automation flow can start on one form’s leads.
Does it work on Mailchimp’s free plan?
Leads are added on any Mailchimp plan, but automation flows start on Essentials, which allows flows of up to four steps. The Free plan has none.
Does my Mailchimp key expire?
Mailchimp says a key made on or after June 22, 2026 expires a year after it is made, so a connection made with one needs a new key by then.
Does Check connection add a test contact?
No. It proves the key and adds nobody, because a test contact could set off a real automation. To test, send one real lead through your own form.
Is the Mailchimp integration free?
Yes. Mailchimp is included on every Qualiform plan, Free included.
