Leads who say yes, tagged in Kit.
When a visitor finishes the conversation on your website and says yes to email, Qualiform adds them to Kit with a tag for their priority. Your visual automation sends the email.
What lands in Kit
The subscriber, tagged by priority.
Who they are
Their email, first and last name, and phone number when the form asks for it.
A tag for their priority
Qualiform Hot, Qualiform Warm, Qualiform Cool, or Qualiform Cold, from the rule the lead landed in on the form’s Routing tab.
A tag for the form
Qualiform form: and the form’s name, so an automation can start on one form’s leads.
Fields made for you

Set up
Three steps, and no code.
Ask OK to email them
Add OK to email them from the library on your form’s Questions tab. The AI asks it once, near the end.
Paste your key
On Qualiform’s Integrations page, press Kit under Email marketing and paste an API key from Settings, then Developer.
Start on the tag
In Kit, build a visual automation that starts when a subscriber is added to the tag Qualiform Hot, and send them the sequence your Hot leads get.
The details
Built to be trusted with your leads.
Only a yes
A lead who says no, or a form without the question, sends nobody. A no never lowers their score.
By priority
Each priority has its own tag, filled in for you, and a switch. Not a fit starts switched off. One connection serves every form.
Nobody brought back
Someone who unsubscribed in Kit before is never added back, and Recent sends says so.
Kit’s plans
Kit’s free Newsletter plan allows one basic visual automation. Creator and Creator Pro allow as many as you like.
How do I send website leads to Kit?
Add OK to email them to your form, press Kit on Qualiform’s Integrations page, and paste an API key. Each lead who says yes is then added to Kit, tagged by priority.
Who is added?
Only leads who say yes to OK to email them and gave an email address, in a priority that is switched on. Someone who unsubscribed in Kit before is never added back.
Can each form start its own automation?
Yes. Each lead also gets the tag Qualiform form: and the form’s name, so a visual automation can start on one form’s leads.
Does it work on Kit’s free plan?
Yes, for one automation: Kit’s free Newsletter plan allows one basic visual automation, so start it on the priority that matters most. Creator and Creator Pro have no limit.
Does Check connection add a test contact?
No. It proves the key and adds nobody, because a test contact could set off a real automation. To test, send one real lead through your own form.
Is the Kit integration free?
Yes. Kit is included on every Qualiform plan, Free included.
