What lands in the channel

One card with everything you need to decide.

  • Who, and how good

The card opens with the lead’s name, band, and score, so a hot lead stands out from a cold one at a glance.

  • What happened

The outcome in your dashboard’s own words, such as Call offered, right away, or No call, we’ll be in touch.

  • How to reach them

Their email and phone number, when they gave them.

  • What they said

Up to ten of their answers, each beside its question.

  • One press to the lead

Open the lead shows every answer and the whole conversation in Qualiform.

  • A flag when it matters

If one of your safety rules caught something in the conversation, it says so: Read this one before replying.
